Generate pixel-perfect circles, ovals, spheres, and domes for Minecraft builds. See the block layout, count materials, and download the pattern.

Why pixel approximation matters and how to get it right.
Minecraft blocks are 1-meter cubes, so you cannot place a curved block. Instead, circles are approximated by placing blocks in a pattern that follows the mathematical curve as closely as possible. The larger the diameter, the smoother the result looks from a distance.
The generator uses the midpoint circle algorithm. For each grid cell, it checks whether the center of that cell falls inside the ideal circle. If it does, the cell is filled. This produces the same pattern that experienced builders use by hand, but without the counting errors.
For spheres and domes, the tool shows horizontal cross-sections. Each layer is a circle at a specific Y height. Build from the bottom layer up, placing each ring of blocks at the correct height. The widest layer sits at the equator (middle) for spheres, or at the base for domes.
