Two rates. One for buying, one for cashing out.
Robux has two USD values depending on direction. A useful purchase reference is $0.0125 per Robux ($1 = 80 R$), although package pricing and bonuses vary. The current standard DevEx rate is $0.0038 per Earned Robux (30,000 Earned Robux = $114). Same currency, different systems.
The important distinction is eligibility: Robux bought from Roblox cannot be cashed out. DevEx applies to qualifying Earned Robux from creator activity, and Roblox reviews each request against its current requirements.
