Developer Exchange (DevEx) is how eligible Roblox creators convert Earned Robux into real-world currency. You build a game, sell eligible products, and accumulate Earned Robux in your account. Once you have at least 30,000 Earned Robux, you can submit a DevEx request through the Creator Hub.
The standard rate is currently $0.0038 per Earned Robux, so 30,000 Earned Robux converts to $114 USD. You can complete one request per calendar month. Roblox estimates around 10 business days for a first request and around 5 business days for returning requests. (Source: Roblox Creator Hub)

Roblox says that, beginning November 1, 2026, DevEx payments are planned to be classified as royalties under updated Terms. Roblox recommends reviewing your tax information in Creator Hub before the October 15 payout deadline. The exact tax treatment depends on your country, tax status, and applicable law.
